    Co-Founder, CEO

    Chris brings strategic vision, creative insight, and 25+ years of entrepreneurial experience to Prism. He’s held C-level roles across multiple startups and leads with clarity, curiosity, and a sharp eye for user experience. Driven by the belief that great technology should feel simple and human, Chris is focused on leading Prism’s team to redefine how people imagine and personalize their spaces— turning vision into reality.

  • Harrison Montgomery

    Co-Founder, CTO

    Harrison is a recognized leader in AI and experiential technology, with a background spanning business strategy, product design, and immersive media. Before co-founding Prism, he led product and GTM at a spatial tech and 3D digital twin startup. A former Emmy-winning FOX Sports producer, Harrison brings both creative vision and high production standards to every project.

    Co-Founder, General Counsel, Secretary, VP/Finance

    Johnathan is a seasoned business attorney and strategic advisor, guiding startups through legal and operational challenges. As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Prism, he oversees legal strategy, corporate governance, and finances. He also shapes strategic direction and partnerships, bringing an investor-minded approach that balances innovation with accountability.

    Barry McPherson is a seasoned tech executive with 25+ years of leadership across global operations, including senior roles at GE Capital, Juniper Networks, and McAfee. His expertise spans operations, customer success, and online consumer business. He’s also advised and invested in startups across sports, media, and streaming. At Prism, Barry leads operational strategy and scales customer-facing functions at Prism.
